Agreement of Refund & Return Policy

We handle our refunds and returns policy very professionally. The statement of our refunds and returns policy describes how to collect, refund and return our products and services to our clients.

01. The service [not physical product] was purchased in the last 3 calendar days, clients can appeal for their payment if they are not satisfied with the Acute Maker’s performance.

02. The service [not physical product] will be continued for free of cost for 30 days after full payment of invoice. The free service will be counted from the invoice date.

03. The physical products will not be returned after generating the invoice.

04. There will be a guarantee for repair or return on the invoice for the physical product for duration.

05. Damaged or electric faulted physical products will not be included for guarantee for repair or return.

06. The guarantee of the physical products depends on suppliers. The Acute Maker is not committed to the fixed time. The duration might be two to six months.
